Next Thursday, the 23rd Oct, is our club’s Annual General Meeting.

It will take place at the Mirfield Community Centre and will start promptly at 7pm.

The Agenda is attached alongside the minutes from last year’s AGM and the Club’s Terms of References.

A few things to bring to your attention:

1- We have several committee members stepping down on the 23rd, please refer to the Terms of References document for a description of each role and consider putting your name forward: 

We need to elect a new:

• General secretary
• A club kit secretary
• A members representative for the Sunday club run
• A members representative for the ladies

2- if you are a current trophy holder, please return it/them on Thursday the 23^rd or as they will need engraving ahead of the club’s presentation. The presentation will take place on the  6^th of December at Lower Hopton WMC, 7pm start please save the date!

3- We will be voting for the following:

– club member of the year (please note that the committee has approved Marjorie’s request that people DO NOT vote for her this year.) 
– most improved female rider
– most improved male rider
– favourite club photo of the year
– favourite café stop

4- If you would like to add an item to the AGM agenda under the “Any Other Business” (AOB) section, please do so by replying to your RiderHQ email by the 20^th of October
